Leo Elias has coached numerous champions in Thailand taking home belts at One FC, Lumpinee, Rajadamnern, Omnoi and WBC.

He is the current head coach at Phuet fight club, and has trained athletes such as: Alycia Rodrigues, Luis Cajaiba, Julio Lobo, Panpayak, and many more.
